EVCO is the world standard for Oven Controllers. The main bakery line consists of these product families: Controllers for prover and retarder-prover cabinets and controllers for bread and pizza ovens. The various models can perform all of the control, alarm and monitoring functions, thanks to a wide variety of input measuring devices such as Thermocouples, PT100 Sensors, NTC/PTC and humidity probes.
